running COMSOL and matlab in cluster

I bulit a model in COMSOL client and want to do some matlab-loop, but the model is so big that i cannot run it using my own computer, so, i should run it on the cluster. but i just can use the cluster in command line and i can not use "comsol with matlab" as the graphic requirement of Matlab.

So, can I just use the matlab in my own machine to control the comsol server in the cluster to do some loop?
if it works, how can i figure out it?

any help will be appreciated.
