geometry meshing

dear comsol users,

i have problem about my mesh geometry (as attached). i build the 3D geometry using these sequences :
1. build 2 parametric surface by interpolating point value (from xyz file)
2. build block
3. conversion to solid
4. build sphere (later used as injector geometry)
5. difference (sphere as substracted material)
6. form union
due to the sharpness of the geometry edge (in red circle), i have to set my minimum value until there's no problem's notifications (edge is smaller etc). Unfortunately by increasing the resolution of geometry, the number of element also become greater and increase the computational time. how could i deal with this edge sharpness so i could do minimal effort for meshing geometry and saves my computational time?

thankyou and kind regards,

rizal
