insulated anode and cathode in solution

I have created a 3D model in which I have an insulated anode and insulated cathode in an electrolytic aqueous solution with a known conductivity. Because the anode and cathode are insulated they are not in contact with the solution. The dielectric properties of the insulation are known.
I am new to COMSOL, and I am trying to figure out how I can apply a potential difference across the electrodes, analogous to hooking up the electrodes to a DC voltage source.
What I hope to learn from this is how the electric field is distributed. Any help will be appreciated.
Thanks,
Kyle
