Magnetization along the short axis of a magnet

Hi!
I am trying to simulate demagnetization of magnets in a rotor of an electric motor using the MF module. The magnets are supposed to be magnetized along their short axis, but it gives me the error
"Failed to find a solution.
Maximum number of Newton iterations reached.
Returned solution is not converged."
When i set the magnetization along their long axis everything works fine. I don't know why this is happening.
Any help is appreciated
