In laser photo-therapy, bandwith(FWHM, spectral with) is one of parameters of the laser light.

I made a multilayered tissue model with pulsed laser irradiation,

but I confused how to take into account the bandwidth parameter.

Could you please give me any comment about changing laser's spectral bandwidth, after reviewing an attached file?

I need help badly from you and It will be very helpful in modifying my modeling study.
