Question about incompressible navier-stokes and moving mesh

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Hi,
my problem is that I don't know how to couple the Moving Mesh and the Navier-Stokes modules.

I've created a simple cylinder and attached the material properties of water. With the moving mesh module I let the cylinder do an eccentric rotation.
The boundary type of the cylinder is set to "Slip".
After I've computed the model, the rotation works fine but when I plot the x- or y-velocity of the incompressible Navier-Stokes the velocity is zero. The displacement works fine, but there is no movement within the water.
What can I do?
Any hint or help is appreciated.
Thank you in advance.

Kind regards

Markus Burwitz
