membrane gas separation

i need help for modelling a membrane in which the transport mechanism for c02 will be diffusion and reaction with amine carriers present in the polymeric membrane...since i m a beginner...i m not able to understand how to model the above case in comsol.
the main problem that i m facing is i dont know how should give the conc. of amine carriers and which model should i select.
i would really appreciate if anyone could help me with this.
