Is it possible to specify a source term which is spatial dependent as a boundary condition?

Dear all
I am using coefficient form PDE. I am wondering if I can define a source term in a 'Flux/Source' boundary condition, which has different values at diffferent points on the boundary.
Furthermore, when I have two dependent variables (for example, A and B) obeying different PDEs, can I define the boundary source of A to be a function of B?
Thanks!
