EM wave refraction

I'm going to simulate a kind of the EM wave refraction. There is a magnetic plane wave with a high range of frequency (1E+14 Hz) that comes from air and hits to a material surface with an anisotropic complex permittivity value (ex: eps(x)=-40+0.2i and ...). Actually, I tried to use an example provided by Comsol (Fresnel Equations) and just changed the index and frequency, but I got the strange results. I know that because of the high value of permittivity and frequency, there should be some difference in boundary condition or anything else, but I do not know what!!? Could you help me, please?
Thanks
