Temperature Dependent heat source settings

Hello,

I'm trying to solve a heat transfer in solid problem. It has two heat sources, heat source1 is from chip 1 (domain 1) and heat source2 is from chip 2 (domian 2).

Both heat sources are temperature dependent. The problem is heat source 1 (in domain 1) is a function of temperature in chip2 (in domain 2), while heat souce2 is a function of temperature in chip1...

Can anyone help me solve this problem...
