I would like to know all the node coordinates where pressure is calculated as also the corresponding node ID

I have the square 5x5 geometry of the attached Figure.
I solve a pressure distribution problem where pressure changes its values along the x-axis.
I would like to know all the node coordinates where pressure is calculated as also the corresponding node ID.
How do I make this happen, is there any idea?
P.S.
I combine the options Cut Line 2D and Line Integration and I use the expressions x-coordinate(x), y-coordinate(y). Unfortunately the derived values aren't agreeable as they have [m^2] units instead of [m]
