Bow-tie antenna transmission Port

I am currently working on a modeling of a bow-tie antenna for gpr application. Although I am new to Comsol but i have tried to build the geometry. presently i am stuck on the transmission line (coaxial cable) modeling to transmit the electromagnetic field to the conductors. after computing the S11 and VSWR value obtained is very high indicating a high level of mismatch between the transmission line and the conductors which reflects a little or no power is been transmitted to the conductors.
Please am requesting for anyone with idea in other to resolve this problem.
i have attached a copy of my trial model therein for reference.
