Adaptive meshing

Hi all,
If I want to add a criteria to the adaptive meshing to make it examine for specific boundary condition. For example; if the stress of an element exceeds 600 psi, lower the modulus of elasticity 1000 times of its original defined value. Is that applicable in Comsol and how?
