Water in Oil Nozzle Spray Simulation

Hi,
I'm trying to simulate w/o spray nozzle and see how they mix and then find the droplets sizes. So I'm new to comsol and would like to know which physics I should use ( Two-phase flow or Single-phase flow). Also, can I use the particles tracking to see how they mix?
