How to add pressure on a silicon disc.

Hello i am newbie on Comsol,
My problem is i want to add for example 20e3 Pa to a silicon disc
i watch some videos tried some solutions but i still did not get anything.
can someone help me please?

To get a thorough introduction on how to set up a model in the COMSOL graphical user interface, I would recommend you read and work through the tutorials in the COMSOL Multiphysics Introduction manual. All manuals can be reached in the software through File > Help > Documentation. You can also find that particular manual at this link: cdn.comsol.com/documentation/5.2.1.262/IntroductionToCOMSOLMultiphysics.pdf
