Relative Motion Between Magnet and Conductive Tube

I am trying to modify the "magnet falling through copper tube" tutorial such that the tube is moving at a prescribed velocity. I would like to be able to determine the velocity of the magnet inside the tube as the tube is moving but since I am new to COMSOL I am uncertain on how to setup the physics and ODEs. Any help is appreciated!
