Studying the effects of TED on microaccelerometer

Dear all,

My thesis work is on studying the effects of TED on micro accelerometer and its mitigation steps.

In view of this objective, i tried simulating this in Comsol Version 3.5a.
The .mph file is attached herewith.

But while solving, the following error message is shown.
I don't know how to get around this problem.

Kindly help me, since its urgent.
