problem with exporting data to Excel for time-dependent solver

I am having trouble exporting data to an excel sheet for the time-dependent study and was hoping someone could help me with it. It was working fine previously, that's why I'm not sure what went wrong. I have attached the excel file (Sheet 7) for reference and have also attached a screenshot of the COMSOL settings page (note that it does not make any difference whether or not the "include header" option is selected).
