I am trying to solve droplet impingement on a flat surface using laminar,two-phase,phase field simulation. I have done the simulation for Static Contact Angle (SCA) i.e an equillibrium contact angle at wetted wall but i struk in Dynamic Contact Angle (DCA) case. In DCA mode i am not able to find out dynamic contact angle which i should implement as a boundary condition of wetted wall. To find the dynamic contact angle, i need contact line velocity. It can be find out using derivative of wetted radius with time. but how can i find out wetted radius in each time step. Or can anyone give some other alternative to find out contact line velocity. it will be helpful for me. Thank you.
