MUMPS memmory allocation factor is too high

I am running a simulation using the mathematics module and solving for a coupled non linear problem. My solution ran out of memmory after few hours with MUMPS memmory allocation factor of 40764955294.2161. Any idea on what could be the possible reason? The model is a quartel plate with an elliptic hole and not very complex but the governing equations are coupled and non linear.
