Darcy's law & Transport of Diluted Species in Porous Media

Hi there! I was working on a 2D example which combines these two physics: Darcy's Law and Transport of Diluted Species in Porous Media. As I finally achieve my objective with this example, I decided to recreate it but at a 3D dimension. However, when I try to compute I find numerous errors. Can anyone say to me if its possible to combine these two physics at a 3D model? Or at least if someone has even try. Thanks, Lucía
