Eigenfrequency Analysis, One domain acting on another

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Hi,

I would like to know if it is possible to use an eigenfrequency study to analyze the effects of the vibration of one domain on another, and find the modes. For instance a thin film which is the active layer, on top of block of another material which is excited by the thin films' motion.

Ideally I would like to see what adjusting the dimensions of the thin film would do.

Thank you for any help. Best Regards David
