Contact resistance between two solid interface

Can anyone help me , how to put contact resistance between the interface of two solid.

Please find attached is the model, Here I am trying to have the thin resistive layer( contact layer with (m^2C/W) of .0063 value, but couldnt be able to do it ).

PFa is the model.
