Hello Everyone,
Im writing to You all, regarding to my topic. So im working on my university comsol, and ive built an comb drive actuator ( screen below ) I wanna to optimize the shape of the device by bernstein polynomials, but i dont know how to implement it to the software. Optimization by maximizing the electrostatic force or minimizing the denisity/mass of the fingers.
Any tips? Cheers
