Storing solution to be used as initial value

I have a semiconductor model containing
1) Poisson solver in order to get good initial potential
2) Poisson/Diffusion coupled solver where I ramp parameters to their initial values
3) Actual Poisson/diffusion solver

The first solution in the second step takes a long time, since the actual potential looks quite different from the potential I get out from the first step. However, the second step always starts at the same point (with some parameters at zero, to be ramped to their initial values). It would greatly shorten the time for my simulations if I could solve once for parameters at zero, store this solution and subsequently always use it as initial value for the second step above.

I haven't found a way to do this. Does anyone know how/if this can be done?

I'm using 4.1.

Thanks!
