Difference in solution of PDE in 4.0a and 4.1

Hi,

We modeled a flagellar hydro-dynamics problem having 4th order governing PDE using 2 dependent variable and splitting it in 2 second order equation. This is initially analyzed in 4.0a version.

After upgrading our lab we opened the same file in 4.1. It initially displays the solved results of 4.0a in the graphics window. But if we compute again without even changing any setting the results are totally different.

Please suggest what might be going wrong.
