Failed to find consistent initial values

Hi,

I am having difficulty to getting comsol converge on time dependent solutions,

Error:
Failed to find consistent initial values.
Last time step is not converged.

and i found that if one paramter is mv biger than 3e-4 it will converge, bu in my case the mv should be less than 1e-6

here attached is my mph file
