RF application human skin heating

Hello,
I'm working to an RF application where are used a couple of electrodes to heat the skin (aesthetic application). The work frequency is around 500 kHz and I need to simulate the heating in the skin human tissue, there is someone the can help me suggesting what is the better modulo and how to set the parameters?
