I am trying to load a working model I had previously created and now am getting this error,'There is no feature 'mod1_Pmfinl1' below it reads ' Error in automatic sequence generation'. Does anyone know what this means or how to fix this?

Hi, I believe this problem was fixed in the update 2 for V4.2. If you download the latest update this problem should go away. See the CFD Module section of the COMSOL 4.2 Update 2 release notes:
