laminar flow velocity profile does not run after saving the file

i ran a laminar flow velocity magnitude profile of 12 hours cycle (Sine wave) yesterday.It ran perfectly...and then i saved the file.After saving it i tried and that still ran.but today when i try to run, it runs till 11 hours 30 minutes and then it stops.i am not sure what the reason is!
