How to change the number of digits shown?

Hi,

I am doing simulations in RF-module, mode analysis.
Is there a way to change the number of digits in the effective refractive index shown in solutions/result?
Right now it shows 6 digits. I would like to change this, is this possible in version 4.2 of COMSOL?

There is a “Full Precision” button in the Results window. It has “8.85e-12” written on it.
