Hi i am new user of comsol. i am studying about semiconductors by using semiconductor module. i want to do p-type and n-type doping in semiconductor by controlling dopant material. can anyone tell me how i can add the specific dopant material like Zn or any other?

Hey! You can't add a specific material, but you can choose between p and n dopants. Also, you can select the energy level of the dopant to control how many dopants are ionized. Moreover, you can add trap-assisted recombination and select the trap energy level to account for possible 2-step recombination due to the dopants.

All these features should allow you to customize your dopants to resemble whatever material you want.
