I am running COMSOL with MATLAB. I exported a model the mph file as m file in MATLAB. This is followed by the required running of loops in MATLAB. This was successfully implemented and it worked; but I get an error that a new domain in created. My understanding is that, whenever a loop is created in MATLAB, the loop becomes a new domain in the comsol. Since the new domain is not recognised in the COMSOL, it gives error in MATLAB. I am new into this, so a suggestions for the same to avoid the error will be useful. Apparently, I have an idea that, if we are able to define a new domain in the COMSOL using/via MATLAB, we can avoid the error as everytime, a loop/domain is created, we will make it a new domain in comsol which is recognised and it should work as well.
