Hi, I am trying to simulate 2D phononic crystal. But unlike most of the existing problems, I am dealing with cylindrical air inclusion in steel matrix. I am lost about some issues: 1. Should I use pressure-acoustic module for air and solid mechanics module for steel and then use multiphysics for acoustic-solid interaction? 2. Or, should I just use the solid structure module and remove the geometry of the air from the steel matrix and represent it as a hole? 3. Also, is there any benchmark example for 3D phononic crystal? Thanks in advance for help. I am attaching the mph file here. Regards, Ferdous
