calculation pressure in 2d and 2d-axi

Hi, all I need calculated the laplace pressure in water flow system. I simulate 2d and 2d-axi example However, the pressure values are different, although, both have the same mesh size, equations, constants and inital conditions. 2d pressure is 868 pa 2d-axi is 649 pa
Does anyone knows why is this happening? Thank you !
