Hello,

I would like to know if for modeling and calculate the scattering of a nanosphere is compulsory to use the Wave Optics Module on the physics tree or it could be done by using the AC/DC Module physics by using electrostatics.

Hello Saul,

In selecting between the vaious products COMSOL offers for electromagnetics modeling, you need to consider how the wave length compares to the physical size of your system. This following blog describes this: Computational Electromagnetics Modeling, Which Module to Use?.
