Convergence criteria of the nonlinear solver are met but not all linear solver conditions are fulfilled.

Hello, I'm runing the free and porous media flow modeling. My target flow rate is 3m/s while it will not converge if I set the target flow rate directly so I run the model step by step (grdually increase the flow rate and use the previous result as the initial value for the next flow rate). Since I have a relative good initial guess, I set the damping constant of the solver as a constant 0.6. However, when I run the model each time I get an error as "Convergence criteria of the nonlinear solver are met but not all linear solver conditions are fulfilled." Does any one meet the same problem? Any suggestion for solving this problem? The snapping picture for the log file and convergence plot of the linear solver is attached. Thanks,! Peng
