I followed Laser heating comsol tutorial.

But what was the problem, the analytic occurs error like analytic_error.PNG.

I used COMSOL 5.0 version program.

If it's a version problem, I want to know there is an alternative method.

As the error message is saying, only analytic functions of up to three arguments can be plotted. The function you are trying to plot has six arguments.
