Blood Flow within Porous Medium

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to simulate the blood flow within a porous scaffold inserted in breast tissue after partial mastectomy. In order to do this I used the "Poroelasticity" node, but I saw that in this way shear stresses due to the fluid flow are not calculated. So my question is: How can I describe this type of condition?
