Getting different results for the same model when I repeat the computation

I'm using version 5.3a to built a multiphysics model in 2D geometry. I noticed when I run the model and save the data results, close comsol, copy/paste comsol file, then clear the study and clear the mesh, save the file, and finally re-compute the model, I get completely different results!
I have already made "steps taken by solver" to be "strict" and specified the maximum step in the Solver Configuration>>Time-dependent solver>>Time Stepping
The model consists of three coefficient form PDE interfaces and a heat transfer interface.
My question is, why am I still getting different results?
