Hello Erfan,
One of the new features added at version 5.5 makes this easy. See "Gradient Between Two Colors in Plots" in the COMSOL 5.5 Release Highlights.
If you can't upgrade to version 5.5: in earlier versions you needed to create a custom color table to achieve the same. It's a bit tedious if all you want is a simple gradient between two colors, but it will work. You can read on custom color tables in COMSOL Multiphysics version 5.4, Reference Manual, page 1323.
