this is an model where i apply voltage to lower electrode and grounding the upper plate or vice versa . i request any one to solve it for me .I am badly in need of steps you followed in solving this model please guide me in this regard .

for 0.2 V applied analytically we should get -0.245 um. gap between two electrodes is 2um oungs modulus is of 120Gpa

Hi

I believe that in the model library of 3.5 you also have a model of a deflecting membrane (by an applied voltage) . Unfortunately I no longer have any older version of COSMOL up-running
