Hi I am a newbie and I just came across the pipe erosion model in COMSOL. I wonder why the parameters include f, kappa, Hs and those. I try to delete these terms but the model can still be run. Can anyone clear my doubts? And I recently try to simulate one with different pipe geometry, inlet velocity, mass flow rate by following the COMSOL erosion samplehttps://www.comsol.com/model/pipe-erosion-due-to-contaminant-particles-16655. However, I cannot get maximum erosion rate at downstream of the pipe. Anyone know why?
