Modeling monoatomic layer material in comsol

Hello. I am working on a project to model monoatomic layered material such as graphene, standalone and with other composite materials in comsol.

We are getting dimensional errors and warnings when trying to make the geometry and mesh, around these sizes: 1cm x 1cm x 1nm.

Is there a workaround or can this just not be done?
