Hello!
I have a problem in the modeling of the source of plasma (high-frequency ionization).
Like I did everything correctly but still no results and gives an error message.
I tried many times and different options but useless.
Please help me solve this problem.
I have attached the files.
thanks a lot!

Hi, it doesn't look like you have assigned any material properties in the model. You need to right click on the Materials node and assign things like the relative permeability and permittivity for both the plasma and surrounding structure. See the example model called argon_gec_icp in the Plasma Module model library for an example.

Hi,
Thank you for answering.
I solved this problem, but got another problem!
program gives the following error message:
***
COMSOL Error
- Feature: Time-Dependent Solver1 (sol1/t1)
- Error: Failed to find consistent initial values.

Failed to find consistent initial values.
Las time steps is not converged.
***

I will be very thankful if you help me solve this problem!
thank you
