Two-phase capillary flow in rectangular micro channel

Please login with a confirmed email address before reporting spam

Hi

Im trying to predict the capillary meniscus movement with respect to time in a rectangular micro channel. Im using the laminar two-phase level set method.
The rectangular micro channel is made to two materials, hence i have two values for wetted wall parameters.

Can anyone let me know how to perform initialization for this problem. Im getting error for solution initialization. Seems like a boundary condition issue, but I'm not able to find it.

I have used the vertical capillary method from the model library. With version 3.5, the solution initialization was straight-forward. Don't know how to do the same with 4.2

Have attached the model.

Thanks
Naveen
