problems of boundary conditions on plasmonic_wire_grating

I'm following the example of plasmonic_wire_grating on 3.5a but the result isn't satisfactory. I got the following questions:
1. in the Floquet boundary conditions the vector kF is the kax (the x-component of the incident wave), I think it's theoretically right but in the exmaple"periodic_boundary_condition" kF is just the wave vector of the incident wave. Which one is right? And I don't know how to deal with the"periodic pair index. I have follow the Floquet boundary conditions in plasmonic_wire_grating but there are warnings when running, and I don't know where the problem is.
2. in the example there are totally 6 ports (3 ports on the input port and 3 on the output port). How to define more than one ports on one boundary in 3.5a? I can only define one port on each boundary.
Thanks very much.
