Hi, there.

Recently, I'm engaged in the FBAR simulation from the model. and what really bothers me is that if I enlarge the frequency simulation range, like, for instance, 200MHz to 250MHz, there would be a negative value for admittance Y and Quality factor, and I wonder why this kind of thing happens.

Since this negative admittance is not proved theoretically, i doubt if denser meshing should be employed to solve this problem.
