using of auxiliary sweep to increase voltage in electrodialysis cell

I am trying to simulate an electridialysis system using Comsol 5.5. this model was solved when the total voltage difference is considered 1.5V, but it does not converged in my desired voltage (9V). would anyone please explane me the reseon of this problem and what I can do to fix it?

Now, I am using auxiliary sweep to increase voltage from 1.5V to 9V, but in this way, the potential gragh is totally wrong. A considerable voltage jump occures close to the cathode (it reaches to 8V), and then it increases smoothly till 9V. using 'current distribution initialization' study , the potential veriations can be solved when total voltage is considered 9V. these two graphs, which are totally different, are attached here my question is the reason of this incompatibility when auxiliary sweep is used?
