How to creat MoS2 materials in terahertz range

I'm working on absorbers in the terahertz range. If MoS2 is used as surface material, how can I set the conductivity, permittivity and permeability of MoS2 under the condition of physical field in frequency domain? Since the thickness of its monolayer is only 0.65nm, how can I set its height?Can COMSOL add material to a plane?
